In 2022, Vam has started the definition of a framework relating to ESG issues, to integrate ESG factors within its investment process and its governance structure.
The analysis conducted to decide Vam ESG Objectives was based on two main directives:
External pressures: global sustainability trends of ESG topics, with a focus on the sectors in which Vam prefers its investments;
Stakeholder preferences: Interviews with our employees and main investors, in order to integrate their priorities and needs into the analysis.
