Founded in 2008 in Biella by Diego and Corrado Pinzano, ConformGest is the leading service provider in after-sales in the automotive industry.
- ConformGest has specialised in providing warranty solutions for mechanical problems in used vehicles.
- Its clientele comprises 3,000 professional vehicle sellers, and more than 500 new dealers acquired annually. The Company has over 100 employees across Italy and Spain.
- VAM Investments has acquired a majority stake in ConformGest aiming to support and accelerate the company’s growth, both at a national and international level.
Having been the first investment of the Second Edition of VAM Club, it was launched in October 2022 and raised over 120 million euros from the family offices as well as national and international players.
Other investors of VAM Investments Club include the Rovati family’s FIDIM and the BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments, which once again proves its commitment to support the best and most promising Italian mid-caps, with a mid-to-long-term plan and intending to accelerate their growth.The transaction was financially backed up by a series of banks including the Crédit Agricole Italia, Banca Sella and Banca IFIS.
