A Portfolio company owning 10 photovoltaic plants which were built and connected between 2008 and 2011, partly on the ground and partly on the roofs of industrial buildings, generating a total installed power of 10.5MWp.
VAM is the sole shareholder of S Solar, the company that owns the plants, after investing 10 million euros of partly leveraged finance.
