- Established in 2010 in Milan, DentalPro is the largest Italian dental group, with more than 260 clinics and 2.000 employees, of which more than 1.200 are dentists.
- Since its launch 11 years ago, Dentalpro has treated more than 1 million patients and today it has offices in the best commercial locations in 16 Italian regions or over 74 provinces.
In 2021, Dentalpro earned more than €200m in revenue and €50m in EBITDA.
- Vam invested in the company in 2011 when the business only had 3 clinics. In April 2015, the US private equity fund Summit Partners bought the majority stakes following a reinvestment by VAM. In May 2017, DentalPro was acquired by the pan-European fund BC Partners, following another minor reinvestment by VAM.
